Are You Ready to Register?
ALERT: Your Academy Login Information May Change

Please note that the Academy has changed its login process. If you have not recently logged onto the Academy's Web site, you may be asked to change your Academy Web site login information. Be sure to share any changes with your staff members who access the Web site on your behalf. 

Members:

If you are a dues-paying member of the Academy, PAAO or AAOE, you already have a member ID number. If you have not accessed the Web site recently, your username may be your last name and the password may be your Academy ID number. Log in now.

If you are a member of the Academy and have forgotten your login information, do not create a web account, as it will not give you the member rate during registration. 

• If you have forgotten your username, you can send yourself your username automatically, or contact member services at 866.561.8558 and ask for your member login ID.
• If you have forgotten your password, you can send yourself your password automatically. The Academy does not have access to password information.

Nonmembers:

If you are a nonmember who has attended a meeting in the last seven years, you should use the same login information that you have used in the past to log in and register:

• Username = your last name
• Password = your ID number

You may be asked to change your login information after you log in. Log in now.

If you have forgotten your login information, you can send yourself your password automatically, or contact registration at 415.447.0320 and ask for your login ID.

If you are not a member and have not attended a meeting in the last five years, you must create a web account  before registering for the meeting.
